RightPart.com provides professional car parts consulting services. We help identify correct OEM part numbers and recommend alternative options and trusted retailers. We do not sell parts directly.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (VIN, description, photos). Final part selection and compatibility verification remain your responsibility.
3. Payment & Refunds
All consulting fees are paid in advance. Refunds are available only if we are unable to provide any part information within 48 hours of order confirmation.
4. Response Times
We aim to respond within specified business hours: Weekdays 8:30–16:30 (10–45 min), Evenings 21:00–3:00, Weekends 12:00–16:00. Delays may occur during high demand.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for incorrect part purchases made based on our recommendations. Always verify part compatibility with your vehicle before purchase.
6. Privacy
Your contact and vehicle data are used solely for providing our service and are not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
